Is there a real health care choice on the table right now?

- If the goal is to reduce costs and provide coverage to "all" at some point in time we must address the issue as a business would, with limited suplpliers, at least limited by the fact of state regulation there can never be true competition.

- How can there be true inurance competition when under any plan seriously under consideration it remains state regulated
